Jane Nashitanzia, a college student at Mumbetsa County Polytechnic completed her secondary education in the year 2023. It was not easy for her to complete her education just after her father was brutally murdered at his place of work in the year 2015 by gang robbers.Her mother who earns a living by hustling to take care of Jane and her siblings fell critically ill and needed medical attention, making Jane’s education a minor priority to the family.
Savanes CBO was introduced to her by the ward administrator Polycarp Khakali.Within weeks we provided her with school uniform,paid her school fees and she was back in class.Finally,she joined ST. BONVENTURE SHIMANYIRO SECONDARY school and is currently at Mumbetsa County Polytechnic where she is studying and thriving.
